1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
– Duplicate Charges: If a transaction is processed more than once for the same payment.
– Technical Errors: If a payment fails due to a system error on Entangify’s side.
– Failed Transactions: If funds are deducted from the payer’s account but not successfully settled with the intended recipient.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
– Per-Transaction Commission Fees deducted by Entangify are non-refundable once the transaction is successfully processed.
– Refunds will only cover the principal transaction amount in eligible cases.
3. Refund Process
– Clients must submit a refund request via info@entangify.com within 7 business days of the disputed transaction.
– Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days back to the original payment method.
4. Service Cancellation
– Clients may cancel their services with 15 days’ written notice.
– Any commissions already charged on completed transactions remain non-refundable.
5. Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided for:
– Payment gateway downtime or technical failures of JazzCash, Easypaisa, or other third-party providers.
– Fraudulent transactions initiated by the client’s customers or end users.
– Chargebacks, disputes, or reversals raised by banks or customers.
