1. What services does Entangify provide?

Entangify offers payment gateway integration and transaction processing services using platforms such as JazzCash and Easypaisa. Clients can accept and manage online payments securely through our system.


2. Do I need my own merchant account?

No. Entangify allows you to use our company’s merchant accounts to process transactions. This makes it easier for businesses to start accepting payments without lengthy bank registrations.


3. How does Entangify charge fees?

We charge a per-transaction commission fee, which is automatically deducted from each transaction before settlement.


4. Can I get a refund if a payment fails?

Yes. Refunds are provided in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges,

  • Technical errors caused by Entangify,

  • Failed transactions where funds are deducted but not settled.

5. Are the transaction fees refundable?

No. Per-transaction commission fees are non-refundable once a payment is successfully processed.


6. How long does a refund take?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.


7. Is my data secure with Entangify?

Yes. We use encryption, firewalls, and secure servers to protect your information. However, as with all online services, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.


8. What happens if JazzCash or Easypaisa is down?

If third-party providers experience downtime, payments may be delayed. Entangify is not responsible for gateway outages, but we will ensure proper communication and support during such events.


9. Can I cancel my services with Entangify?

Yes. You may cancel services with 15 days’ written notice. Commission fees already charged are non-refundable.
